Neptune ehf Activities for client focussed appraisals and FPAL

Neptune EHF is focusing on client services this coming year and the implementation of the quality management system will place emphasis on the Client’s experience of our service. 

All customers will be able to provide feedback on the services they receive, which will be and then made available for all prospective clients as part of a bid process as well as direct access on the FPAL website.  Access is gained through the FPAL ‘Verify’ process (http://www.achilles.com/en/FPAL) for members of the ‘First Point’ assessment system. Mr Agust Gudmunsson, Neptune ehf Managing Director, stated:

 “We are very confident that the customer feedback facility will enable us to work more closely with individual customers and provide a continuously improving service in all our operations to the direct benefit of all clients”

As part of this process Neptune ehf will also be adopting the standards of the Supply Chain Management process as part of its continuing improvement towards all their client operations. This will enable the company to provide a continuously improving and therefore more effective service to its client base and prospective new clients.
