Neptune ehf has recently passed through the intermediate audits for the company International Safety Management System (ISM) and has been approved to continue operations to the high standards achieved.
The ISM is a mandatory international quality management system applicable to all merchant vessels either deep sea or offshore that identifies the way they should be operated with special consideration to safety and environmental practices. The achievement of a successful intermediate audit by a Government third party secures the company into a strong position to continue providing safe and environmentally sensitive services to all their clients
A further audit will be undertaken within the next 18 months and Neptune intend to continue improvement in all aspects of their operations to again ensure that an exemplary audit report is achieved with good safe working practices at the forefront.
